Balance yourself with Yin Yang Yoga

A Yin Yang Yoga class focuses on relaxing (Yin) and strengthening (Yang). It is a class in which you are both physically challenged and completely relaxed. Where the Yang (Vinyasa) part will focus on strengthening the muscles, the Yin part will focus on relaxing them completely.  By balancing your Yin and Yang your energy flow will increase, giving you a peaceful balanced mind and body.

The Yin part:

In Yin Yoga postures are held for 3-5 minutes, while the muscles are relaxed so that the connective tissue in the body is stimulated. Yin Yoga has a positive effect on the organs, immune system, connective tissue, muscles and joints.

The Yang part: 

The yang part (Vinyasa Yoga) consists of asana practice to strengthen body and mind. Vinyasa means ‘connection of movement and breath’. The vinyasa yoga poses are linked together into a dynamic flow. During this practice, you will smoothly transition from pose to pose while building physical strength, endurance, and flexibility.
