Yoga Basics is a safe, positive and empowering experience for both students with no experience as well as the seasoned practitioner who wants to review technical principles. Building on the foundation of safe alignment, you cultivate strength, flexibility and stamina so you can evolve to a more vigorous and challenging practice.

Yoga basics

If you’d like to become familiar with the basics of yoga, if are looking for more detailed instructions in the poses or if you are dealing with an injury, yoga basics is the perfect class for you! The basics and fundamentals of yoga poses are introduced. You learn the process of safe alignment in the poses, breathing techniques and the use of props to support you in your practice.

New to Yoga?

No worries! We are delighted to guide you on your path. You don’t need to be fit, flexible or ride a magic carpet to start with yoga. All you need to do is follow your heart and find out which yoga style is right for you. If you are new to yoga, here are 5 tips to start your yoga practice at Delight Yoga.
