About the course

Modern nutrition has gone haywire and presents a lot of difficult issues, many of which this course will address from a modern Ayurvedic perspective. The purpose is to offer in-depth training in Ayurvedic nutrition, with an emphasis on how to implement the Ayurvedic principles regarding nutrition in your own personal life. You will also learn how to give simple – yet profound – advice to friends and family. Delight Academy values traditional methods of learning Ayurveda and therefore each day the teacher commences with the singing of a mantra in order to create an atmosphere of optimal learning.
