Berry has been practicing yoga since 2001. The art of living yoga has given her more and more depth. Berry completed SDTT level 1 (200 hrs) with Katiza Satya in 2012 and started teaching yoga. She is thankful for the great teachers who inspire her: Thich Nhat Hanh, Katiza Satya, Kevin Sahaj, Shirley Woods and Ira Hardjosusono.
With her enthusiasm and love for yoga Berry guides you on your journey inwards.
Her Astanga classes are dynamic and physically intense. In her Vinyasa classes she likes to point out special aspects, so even with injuries you learn what your body needs.
Most important is connecting with your self through moving on the waves of the breath and awareness of all sensations.
Berry likes to motivate you to feel what yoga can give you, no matter if it’s your first yoga class or you‘re experienced.
