Carolina is compassionate, kind and positive about exploring all life has to offer. She’s interested in people, listens to their needs and tries to find them a yoga practice that will quench what their body is yearning for.
Carolina has been exploring movement for as long as she can remember. Born and raised in Argentina, she was influenced by the pulse, warmth and vibrancy of Buenos Aires. A beautiful city that has left a footprint in her heart.
She studied contemporary dance but it was her daily yoga practice that helped deepen her understanding of the connection between the body and the mind. She learnt to appreciate how one is nothing without the other and their interaction was fundamental for wellbeing.
Her journey didn’t stop there. Passionate and dedicated to learn more, Carolina went on to
specialise in Yin Yoga. The ultimate gateway to stillness, inner observation and rest. Yin Yoga taught her how to balance the yang energy in her life.

After being introduced to the powerful energy of sound during a sound-bath in 2019, Carolina started studying Tibetan sound healing. This, together with chakra theory, sound meditation and yoga forms the core of her practice.
In 2019, Carolina experienced her first sound bath which opened her up to a whole new energy force. She began learning about the powers of Tibetan sound healing and ever since then Carolina has been combining chakra theory, sound meditation and yoga.
What can you expect in her classes? An experience of music and movement to answer your body’s needs. Carolina uses ancient instruments to harmonise the mind and body. The music of the handpan, chimes, healing and singing bowls create sound waves – a meditative experience that will help you release stress and let go of your fears and worries.
Sound is powerful. It helps us relax. It roots us into the present moment.
