Fi’s Journey in Yoga began when she was a kid. Going to weekly kids Yoga to then being dragged to Yoga classes as a teenager by her parents (finding it a little boring) and having her own Yoga revelation as a young adult once she learned the philosophy behind the Asana
Fi acquired her certification in RYT 200 hours Yoga teacher training in Hatha & Astanga Vinyasa in Rishikesh, India and RYT 30 hours Yoga Teacher training in Yin in Krakow, Poland and Yoga Therapy at the Yoga Therapy Institute in Amsterdam, The Netherlands. Her Yin Yoga Training sparked her curiosity and she went on to study Foundation of Chinese Medicine at the Shenzhou University in Amsterdam.
Fi combines her background in Traditional Chinese medicine with her Academic background in the Expressive Arts and Yoga Philosophy in her classes. There is a strong focus on Pranayama (Breathwork), whilst finding the fluidity in the Asanas bringing it back to how the body feels during the practice, cultivating calmness and space in one's mind and body.
