From a young age, she felt a sense of wonder about this curious human experience on a planet called “Earth”. After a burn-out forced her to stand still, she finally listened to the deep longing she felt. In Yoga she found what had always been hard to put into words, but was somehow familiar at once. She returned to a rooted sense of self through the Yoga teachings that were transmitted by her teachers Satya and Sahaj in the Basic- and Advanced Teacher Training at Delight Yoga.
Yoga allows her to transition from searching for answers to the big and little questions of life, to resting in the unfolding of the ever-changing expressions of life. Moving from a new foundation within and inspired by her heart, she is open to sharing from what she has learned.
In the space of yoga, she reconnects with the body, the heart, and the mind through movement and stillness. Being open and playful, and ever curious to what is presented from moment to moment.
No longer from this Earth, but of this Earth.
Be and Dance in Emptiness.
