Julia, originally from Berlin, is a Yoga teacher and Ayurvedic Health & Lifestyle Advisor. Ever since she moved to the Netherlands in 2010 she has been drawn to the holistic system.
She was first introduced to Ayurveda during her Yoga Teacher Training in 2013. Through Ayurveda she learnt to tap into her inner wisdom, which helped her to fall in love with life again, enjoying it fully by being open to what it has to offer with all its ups and downs. She translates her ongoing studies and own experience on the holistic path into a modern Ayurveda practice. She focusses on guiding you towards self-awareness and helping you to take responsibility for your own health integrating body mind and spirit.
Personalised holistic sessions will entail anything from food advice, mindful movement, lifestyle tips, herbal remedies, Pranayamas to meditation. Living with intention is the most powerful medicine. Ayurveda helps you to see yourself clearly and encourages you to take ownership and responsibility for your own wellbeing.
