Kelsey Beth believes that there exists magic in the connection of one's heart, mind, and body. Practicing Yoga and Mindfulness is her favourite way to feel connected - both to her own inner world, to the external world, and all beings on our Planet.
Kelsey began her Yoga journey when she was 14 years old, in the basement of her parent's local health club. It was there she learned how to find comfort in the uncomfortable and calm in the chaos of her mind. As a teenager, she combined her passions of travel and yoga as she travelled all around the World, learning from several different schools of yoga and a variety of teachers.
She completed her first teacher training at Yandara Yoga Institute in 2008 in the Baja, Mexico. She continued studying and attending trainings and workshops around the globe, including those offered by Shiva Rea, Rolf Gates, Alex Pfeifer, and John Friend. Now, she runs her own online Mindfulness school for kids and teens.
In her classes, Kelsey strives to create a welcoming, open space for all, to explore what it means to connect to themselves (body, mind, and spirit). It is her mission to slowly guide you back to yourself, to the eternal knowing, intuitive spirit, and natural wellbeing that lives inside all of us. Kelsey teaches Vinyasa, Hatha, Yin Yang Yoga, and Mindfulness.
