Business Yoga with Delight


1. Definitions

1.1. A client is an organization that purchases corporate yoga, breathwork or mediation classes or workshops from Delight Yoga 1.2. A studet is the employee of organization that participates in the classes or workshops taught by Delight Yoga 1.3. A teacher is an independent yoga instructor associated with Delight Yoga who has accepted the assignment on Delight Yoga’s behalf 1.4. A class is a 1-hour class on yoga, mediation, mindfulness, breathwork or other topics that fit within Delight Yoga’s offering 1.5. An incompany class is a yoga class that is taught at the office of the client 1.6. A private yoga class is taught in one of the studios of Delight Yoga 1.7. A workshop is a minimum 2.5-hour meeting on yoga, mindfulness, breathwork or other topic determined in advance with the client that fits within Delight Yoga’s offerings 1.8. Delight Online is the online platform of Delight Yoga

2. Booking a class or workshop

2.1 Clients can apply for a class or workshop by emailing to business@delightyoga.nl. The application needs to be received by Delight Yoga at least 14 days in advance to the preferred booking date. 2.3 After the application is received by Delight Yoga an intake by phone will take place on the basis of which the booking can be made. 2.2 The booking of a class or workshop is final after a written confirmation by email from Delight Yoga.

3. Payment

3.1 The client will receive in invoice from Delight Delight Yoga prior to the actual booking date. 3.2 The booking is only valid after a deposit or full amount (including the deposit) is paid. The deposit is non-refundable and non-tranferable. 3.3 Billing The client receives an invoice for the total fee, including payment specifications. 3.4 Administrative questions For administrative questions, the student can contact the client contact person indicated or general contact.

4. Cancelation

4.1 If the client wishes to cancel or postpone a class or workshop for whatever reason, the client should inform Delight Yoga 48 hours in advance to the booked appointment. This can be done by phone or by email. If the client fails to timely inform Delight Yoga, the booking will be billed for the full 100%. 4.2. The booking takes place between set dates and times that are pre-determined between the client and Delight Yoga at the moment of reservation. It is not possible to deviate from these times and dates after the booking is made.
4.3 Delight Yoga reserves the right to cancel the booking at any time. If the booking is cancelled by Delight Yoga, the client will be reimbursed 100% of the cost.

5. Pricing and payments

5.1 The prices of our private- and incompany classes and workshops are announced in our brochure or by email. The travel expenses of the teachers are not included in these prices. 5.2 Delight Yoga will make every effort to find a teacher close to the client's location. When the travel time is more than 20 minutes we will charge the client 50 euro extra for travel time of the teacher. 5.3 Workshop prices are announced in the brochure, but can be adjusted if the client has specific wishes for the workshop. 5.4 If payments are over due, Delight Yoga reserves the right to cancel the reservation and retain the deposit. Delight Yoga will send the client a reminder and the amount can be increased with an administration fee. With a late payment of one month or more Delight Yoga is entitled to cancel the class or workshop until payments have been done in full. The obligation for the full payment remains. 5.5 If a collection agency needs to be hired to recover the tuition, the money owed will be increased by 10%, with a minimum of 100 euro - collection fee.

6. Information

6.1.Delight Yoga does everything in its power to avoid errors in brochures, ads and lessons. Delight Yoga cannot accept liability for any errors. 6.2 The copyright of all training materials produced by Delight Yoga belongs to Delight Yoga. It is not permitted to copy or use training materials, promotional materials, website text, illustrations, photo materials, brochures, study conditions, etc. for any other purposes than use within this training without prior consent.

7. Changing training dates & teachers

7.1 Delight Yoga has the right to change the dates and the teachers. 7.2 In case of force majeure Delight Yoga maintains the right to cancel or postpone. Upon agreement the paid course fees can be refunded to the client. Refund does not include flight & travel expenses.

8. Privacy Policy

8.1 The client provides personal information. Delight Yoga uses this data to keep clients informed and up to date with relevant offers from Delight Yoga. 8.2 The client can object in written form. Our privacy policy for protecting your personal data can be found at our website.

9. Complaints and disputes

9.1 Delight Yoga is committed to provide the best possible service and support. If a client has a complaint, an email can be sent to the business@delightyoga.nl. All complaints and disputes are registered and supervised. We intent to respond within 2 weeks and handle the complaint within 4 weeks. The complaint will always be treated confidentially.

10. Feedback and suggestions

10.1 Delight Yoga encourages the client to give feedback, share ideas and suggestions. The input of the client will be deployed to improve the quality of our service, and as much as possible aligned with the needs and wishes of the client.

12. Disclaimer

12.1 Delight Yoga takes great care in selecting the best teachers and in creating a safe environment to practice yoga. We recommend however careful consideration to the implementation of the exercises offered for the students. If a student doubts whether yoga is recommended for certain injuries or conditions, we suggest them to consult a doctor or therapist. The instructions and guidance provided by Delight Yoga teachers are not intended to replace professional medical and psychological care. There are certain restrictions on the practice of yoga for pregnant and menstruating women. The student can be informed about this by the teacher.

13. Waiver of liability

Registration implies that the clients as well as the students agree to assume all responsibility for themselves, and to release all others from all and any liability, which may directly or indirectly result from the training. Organizer, teachers, trainers, coaches, and staff of Delight Yoga are not responsible for any injuries or damage to people and / or property.
