In Vinyasa Yoga, you experience a flow from pose to pose, linked together by the breath. During this practice, you will smoothly transition through a unique sequence, building physical strength, endurance, and flexibility. We offer Vinyasa for beginners, but also have multiple options for intermediate or advanced practitioners who want to deepen and develop their practice.
Mindfulness & Vinyasa
In this class, we will explore yoga postures to cultivate present-moment awareness and self-compassion. In breath-connected, active movement and moments of stillness alike, the emphasis will be on ease and presence. Participants will experience nourishing movement and learn mindfulness-based tools that apply to their everyday life. This class is for all levels, and is perfect for students interested in meditation, meditators who wish to ground in their bodies, and everyone wishing to build an easeful and kind relationship with their body, heart, and mind.
